about

Where From Here is Glasgow based folk trio Assynt’s second studio album. Predominantly self composed, Assynt introduce their brand new compositions inspired by the Highlands of Scotland and also bring a fresh approach to arrangements of old Scottish melodies. Upcoming Artist of the Year at the Scots Trad Awards in 2018, Assynt are recognised for their tight-knit pipe and fiddle playing blended with intricate yet driving guitar lines and grooves.
